I know you all are very curious and are dieing to know how my first trimester went.
I know it might sounds like I'm bragging, but I just feel VERY lucky that I didn't get any morning sickness at all. But I was just waiting for the moment I had to run to the bathroom in the most inconvenient time.
I was on the other hand always tired and working with children four days a week for 10 hours a day can wear you out normally, but adding being prego and you have a very tired and grumpy person. And don't get me wrong, I love what I do!
Not only was I tired all the time, but I have to eat all the time too. And no, not all pregnant women know what they want to eat either. I still find that frustrating when I'm starving and have no idea what I want.
The first trimester isn't all that bad
One of the best feelings in the world was telling my family and friends that we were having a baby. So going through the tiredness was completely worth it.
The other best feeling in the world was being able to hear the heartbeat of our little one. I couldn't stop smiling or giggling. The Doctor made a comment, "Are you ever going to stop smiling?" My response was a very quick "Nope!" and I wasn't lying. I've been smiling and laughing every since and can't wait to be done with my second and third trimester so I can see this wonderful little person who has already filled me with so much joy.
June 9th we are going in to see the Baby and maybe just maybe we can find out what we are having.
19 more days and counting.
